How did I become the person I am today?

Read my whole story below the video. The video is only in the Czech language.

When I think of what shaped me to be the person I am, the answer is music. I started playing the piano at the age of 5. Signing and playing the organ became my professional hobby a few years later. I spent my childhood in the Philharmonic choir which taught me to develop self-discipline and set high standards for myself. Nonetheless, my dream was to graduate from college and become a corporate manager. I was driven forward by the desire for success and recognition but I completely forgot to take care of my health. I did not have much time to relax and enjoy light-hearted life. Therefore, first health complications and later surgeries were inevitable.

For 5 long years, I had widespread inflammation in my body and lived with persistent pain. Doctors described my condition as chronic with no hope of improvement.

A medical specialist dismissed me saying that I should go and have the antibiotics prescribed by my general practitioner.

I was absolutely desperate…

What an important life lesson though! I had no choice but to start looking for an alternative way. In the end, holistic medicine therapists (kinesiologists) were those who helped me find the source of the problem.

I realized that:

  • I overworked myself physically and mentally for a long time
  • I suppressed my emotions
  • I was under constant stress, anxious and apprehensive about my future. I did not accept myself.

I started cleansing my body regularly and nourishing it well. With the help of therapists, I let go of old behavioral patterns, attitudes, negative thoughts, and emotions.

Time + patience = success. The chronic condition disappeared.

The Beginning of Kineziology One Brain Course

2 years after, I became a certified therapist. I learned how we can work with our bodies, emotions, and minds. It helped me release traumas, blockages, and self-limiting patterns.  At that time, I was helping my clients with physical problems, drug, and nicotine addiction, or attention disorders.

This challenging period taught me to work better with energy, perceive the world in a broader context and listen. I developed my gifts and activated my extrasensory perception. I learned to live with ease, joy and honor my feminity.

This life lesson gave me a chance to live a satisfied life, have fulfilling relationships, and be in greater inner peace and connection with myself. I began to develop my true potential. Despite the diversity I began to interconnect principles of Eastern and Western medicine that in the end gave rise to the unique system of Frequency Psychotherapy.
